Located on the Northern part of the Island. This two-level villa is located within “Tropicana Ocean Villas” compound at Sitio Diniwid Barangay, Balabag where you can witness the magnificent view of the ocean and sunset.

Description:

It is an up and down type, consisting of 2 levels with its own entrance designed to keep the privacy of our guests. The basement, which is considered as the first level of the house, is fully furnished with its own bathroom, completely furnished kitchen, and 1 air-conditioned bedroom. It can accommodate 2 persons comfortably. While the second level is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the first floor, and a master bedroom on the second floor (attic). Both bedrooms can accommodate 2 persons respectively. Like the first level, the second level has its own bathroom and a completely furnished kitchen. The second level can accommodate 4 persons.

Access:

A concrete stairway consisting of 150 stairs was built as an access going up towards the hill.

Terms and Condition:

• Rentals for our Villas, beach and Apartment are quoted in Dollars per night.
• During Christmas, New Year, Easter or Summer holidays we require a one week or longer and a 3 night minimum stay during non Holidays.
• Check-in time is 14:00 pm check-out time is 12:00 noon .
