This villa is situated on the hilltop of Sitio Diniwid, Barangay Balabag in the North western part of the island overlooks the Diniwid beach within the compound of “Tropicana Ocean Villas”.

The Grand Villa is the first one of its kind of fully furnished villas compound. It has a Master's bedroom, large guestroom with air condition, spacious Dining room, complete kitchen wares, and Pavilion in the garden.

Access:  

A concrete stairways consisting of 150 stairs was built as an access going up towards the top of the hill where the villa is located. Indeed, it is a perfect place to relax with access to the beaches and roads.

Terms and Condition:

• Rentals for our Villas, beach and Apartment are quoted in Dollars per night.
• During Christmas, New Year, Easter or Summer holidays we require a one week or longer and a 3 night minimum stay during non Holidays.
• Check-in time is 14:00 pm check-out time is 12:00 noon .
